2017 California International Training Plan

Goal A: 3:55

I really want to break four hours, so I suppose that should be Goal A.  However, I want a buffer, so I’m going to try and train for a 3:55 marathon.  We will see how it goes.

The training plan:

This is a mixture of both the beginner and advanced Hanson’s Marathon Method.

Also, I have my other goals:

  • Goal B: Sub 4 hours
  • Goal C: Finish healthy
