Hapalua Half Marathon Training Week 5

Wow!  Week 5 already.

Monday, Feb 13th
 –  3 miles, easy pace – warm up for BBG (10:47min/mile)
–  BBG – arms & abs, week 6

Tuesday, Feb 14th
– 8 x hill repeats, one mile warm up (11:02min/mile), one (plus) mile cool down (10:44min/mile)

Wednesday, Feb 15th
 – BBG – abs & cardio, week 6

Thursday, Feb 16th
– nothing!

Friday, Feb 17th
– surf

Saturday, Feb 18th

– surf

Sunday, Feb 19th 
– BBG – legs & cardio, week 6

Overview:  Oops!  So, my week started out really well.   Then what happened?  Well. I don’t know.  I just haven’t been wanting to run.  I’ve been surfing, and just having fun.  I’m not too upset.

Total weekly mileage: 7 miles.
