Weekly Recap (25th Apr – 1st May)

Great week of running last week.  I’m excited to keep getting stronger!  I even managed a few surfs and hikes this week!

What I did for this past week:

Monday
3 miles.  Average pace: 9:55 min/mile. (Splits: 10:15, 10:06, 9:25)

Tuesday
4 mile fartlek run on treadmill.  Average pace: 9:44 min/mile.

Wednesday
Strength training

Thursday
3 mile tempo, 1 mile warm up and cool down.  Average pace: 9:17min/mile.  (Splits: 9:50, 8:58, 8:56, 8:47, 9:51)

Friday
4 miles easy pace.  Average pace: 9:50min/mile.  (Splits: 10:09, 9:50, 9:49, 9:31)

Saturday
4 miles, with 2 miles at a faster pace.  Average pace: 9:09min/mile.  (Splits: 9:43, 8:52, 8:32, 9:24)
Surf

Sunday
8 mile run, last two miles at a faster pace.  Average pace: 9:42min/mile.  (Splits:10:31, 10:03, 10:00, 9:48, 9:44, 9:49, 8:58, 8:52)
Surf
Hike

Total Weekly Miles: 28 miles.
