Oh dear.  I have been terrible at keeping this up.  I am half way through week 5, and haven’t even posted what I did last week.  So here it is:

Monday
BBG legs workout – week 10
Afternoon surf

Tuesday
5 miles at an easy pace (10:16 min/mile average pace)

Wednesday
Rest day!

Thursday
3 miles at an easy pace (10:04 min/mile average pace)

Friday
3 miles at an easy pace (9:47min/mile average pace)
BBG workout – arms – week 10

Saturday
BBG abs workout – week 10
5 miles at an easy pace, with one mile at goal Marathon pace (9:47min/mile average pace)

Sunday
5 miles at an easy pace (10:10min/mile average pace)

Weekly total mileage: 21 miles
