Pretty good, but not completely successful.  I did miss one run.

Monday
OFF!

Tuesday
2 miles at an easy pace.  (9:48 min/mile pace)

BBG workout – legs week 9
Surf

Wednesday
Rest day
Gave a surf lesson = big workout!

Thursday
3 easy miles (10:31 min/mile pace)
BBG workout – abs week 9

Friday
3 miles at an easy pace (9:56 min/mile pace)

Saturday
3 miles at an easy pace (9:56 min/mile pace)
Surf

Sunday
No run – felt sick, but a fun surf in the evening

Total weekly mileage: 11
