Week 1 of Marathon Training

Well, this week went well! I have to say this could be because I only had three runs and very short and easy paced.

I’ve officially started my marathon training.  Now it is all about staying motivated and consistent.

A brief recap, as this week has been crazy!

Thursday – 3 miles @ 9:57min/mile pace.

Friday – No running. BBG workout.

Saturday – 3 miles @ 10:02 min/mile pace. BBG workout.

Sunday – 4 miles @ 9:58 min/mile pace.

Total weekly miles: 10
